Digital products only
FluentPebble sells printable English learning PDFs. No physical goods are shipped. Product format and included resources appear on each product page.
Delivery after payment
Once secure checkout is launched, verified successful payments will create download access to the purchased products. Links are intended to appear on the confirmation page and be sent to the buyer’s email address.
Access and download limits
We plan to provide up to five downloads within seven days of purchase. These limits will be clearly displayed before checkout and may be adjusted to protect customers if technical issues occur.
Delivery issues
If your link expires prematurely, a file is damaged, or you did not receive access after a confirmed charge, email [email protected]. We will check the transaction and restore eligible access or evaluate a refund.
No physical shipping
Shipping charges, courier options and delivery addresses do not apply to these downloadable PDFs.
