Status of the shop
Online purchasing is not yet enabled. Product prices are indicative while our payment and delivery service is being configured. No payment will be collected through this website until the checkout system is activated.
When payment becomes available
These products will be delivered digitally. There is no physical shipment or return parcel. Customers will receive download access after payment confirmation, subject to the product access terms displayed at checkout.
Cancellation and refund requests
Before a digital file is accessed or downloaded, you may contact us to request cancellation and a refund. After download or access, refunds will be considered for duplicate charges, non-delivery, materially defective files, mistaken purchases reported promptly, and any rights required by applicable law. This policy does not exclude statutory consumer remedies.
How to request help
Email [email protected] with the purchase email, product title, order reference, and a short description. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, or other payment credentials.
Processing timelines
We aim to acknowledge support enquiries within two business days. Eligible refunds, when available, will be initiated to the original payment method and bank/payment-provider processing times may vary. Exact fulfillment and refund deadlines will be confirmed before checkout is enabled.
International purchases
Any applicable taxes, currency conversion, regional availability and local statutory refund rights will be shown or disclosed before purchase. International payment acceptance is subject to payment-provider approval.
